Is there a minimum order?
Yes, usually 12 pcs.
What is your turnaround time?
Usually within 10 business days, most of the time much sooner. Let us know when need your order and we'll let you know if we can accommodate you.
Do you require a deposit?
On new orders we require a 50% deposit up front, and the balance upon completion. We also accept Purchase Orders or hold a credit card number instead of a deposit.
Do you accept checks or credit cards?
Yes, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and debit cards.
Do I have to order in person?
No, you can place your order by phone, fax, or e-mail.
Can I see a printed proof?
Yes and no. If your order will total a certain amount, we'll gladly print a sample for you. If not, what we usually do for every order is e-mail or fax you a virtual sample so you can see what your design will look like before we actually put it into production.
Can my order be shipped?
Of course. We can ship your order anywhere in the U.S.A.
What computer programs do you use?
Adobe Illustrator and Abobe Photoshop in PC format.
How do I send you art?
Click on the "How to send art" button.
Can you match PMS (Pantone) colors?
Yes, but there is a color matching fee of $75.00 per color. If matching the color is not too critical, we can get very, very close for no extra charge.
What is the biggest size an image can be printed?
The maximum imprint area is 14" wide x 16" high comfortably. If your design is to be printed bigger, let us know so we can dicuss other options.
Do I own the screen after paying the screen charge?
No, you are not buying the screens. The screen set up fee is a labor charge which covers the preparation and cleaning of the screens. We re-use screens over and over again, and keep your designs on file for future reorders.
